Key Responsibilities: Account Coordinator
- The Account Coordinator will coordinate the publication of orders for specified customers; prepare an acknowledgement for orders received;
- Provide assistance as needed with research for products and services and product development;
- Greet and direct office visitors, answer main office telephone system, respond to direct requests for information and/or forward messages to appropriate staff. Make sure the office is kept in orderly and clean fashion;
- Assist with review of administrative procedures and development of systems to assure compliance by all staff in order to provide the best customer service and maintain the highest level of quality;
- Assist with research and cost comparisons from vendors to maintain cost effectiveness and quality;
- General office duties such as typing, bookkeeping, flow of correspondence, filing, etc.;
- Coordinate materials for meetings and other activities of the organization;
- Maintain and update spreadsheets as needed;
- Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Account Coordinator
- Knowledge of basic computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook;
- Knowledge of basic inventory techniques;
- The Account Coordinator must have strong skills in customer service techniques;
- Basic knowledge in accounts payable/accounts receivable;
- Training for position specifics will be provided during introductory period.
