MS-IL Staffing is growing again and looking to add a strong and versatile Account Manager / Recruiter to our team here in Hebron , KY!

  • Position: Account Manager / Recruiter
  • Schedule: M-F from 8 am to 5 pm
  • Pay: Base Salary Starting at $32,500 – $40,000

Job Summary: Account Manager / Recruiter

Recruit the right people for the right job. Coordinate with temporary employees through the interview and orientation process, in addition to issues throughout employment. Achieve customer satisfaction by visiting customer locations and interacting face to face with the customer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Account Manager / Recruiter

  • Ability to make independent decisions concerning the best interest of customer’s needs, and to act decisively when necessary to ensure customer needs are not compromised;
  • Collaborate with other team members to formulate initiatives to best satisfy customer needs;
  • Available by phone to customer, as needed;
  • Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends;
  • Investigate and review routine occurrences and complaints and prepare reports for administrative personnel;
  • Prepare and distribute customer reports;
  • Back-fill order shortage;
  • Conduct job fairs and field recruitment;
  • Prior to placement, enter all information for recruitment and placement into HRIS database;
  • Conduct background checks and drug screens per customer requirements;
  • Recruit potential temporary staff on a daily basis;
  • Assist Company Call Center with other accounts, if needed;
  • Work cohesively with team;
  • Follow Human Resources policies as it pertains to employment processes;
  • Maintain all applicable reports, paperwork, and files;
  • Serve as primary contact for temporary staff;
  • Monitor customer operations to ensure that temporary staff complies with administrative policies, procedures, and government regulations;
  • Perform in and exercise a professional manner at all times, while handling conflict with good judgment;
  • Ability to work with frequent interruptions and changes in priorities;
  • Follow Company chain of command;
  • Perform other duties as instructed or assigned.

Job Requirements: Account Manager / Recruiter

  • Bachelors in Human Resources or similar concentration preferred;
  • 2-3 years Account Management experience required;
  • 2-3 years Recruiting experience required;
  • Bilingual-Spanish strongly preferred;
  • Manufacturing/Warehouse experience preferred.
