I’m writing this letter to let you know how impressed I was with your work on Super Bowl XLVI credentials. The Super Bowl credentialing process is very complicated. I assigned you a task of organizing your staff for all Pre-Event and Game Day credentials. Not only did you accomplish this task, but you far exceeded my expectations. After our initial meeting in June 2011, you followed our instructions thoroughly and I was impressed with your detailed work. You were able to learn our Accreditation system, and submit your Super Bowl XLVI working staff by the deadline date. You understood the complicated zoning system, and were able to identify the working staff. Super Bowl XLVI was a major success because of companies like MS Inspections & Logistics. Your hard work during this event really showed. I would not hesitate to recommend MS Inspections & Logistics for any future NFL event.

MS-IL Staffing has worked for the Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium (RCA Dome) for the past 10 years providing staff to assist with the cleaning and snow removal for both venues. Their management staff has been readily available when called upon and provide veteran staff to work in our facilities, which keeps our daily operations and expectations met with minimal supervision. MS-IL has played a very important role in cleaning the RCA Dome and now Lucas Oil Stadium to get it turned over from one event to the next. This year for the NCAA Final Four we asked for 160 people to clean up after a semi final game with a call time for after midnight, which is hard to accomplish, but we not only received 160 people, we completed the job sooner than expected after 72,000 attendees left our facility. Their group leaders and supervisors are receptive to our cleaning process and procedures, and intern gives us new ideas. If you decide not to use their services you will be doing a disservice to your company.
