Shipping Associate 1st shift

Pick bicycle parts and related materials accurately according to customer orders, pick lists, and shipping documentation.

Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment while ensuring products are properly protected and routed.

Use an RF scanner to locate inventory, verify item numbers and quantities, and record product movement.

Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers safely and efficiently.

Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, quantities, and proper documentation.

Assist with receiving, inventory movement, and other warehouse functions as needed.

Use ladders, hand trucks, dollies, and other material-handling equipment safely.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area.

Follow all company and facility safety procedures.

Perform other shipping, receiving, and warehouse duties as assigned by management.

High school diploma or equivalent.

2+ years of relevant warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience.

Previous shipping or warehouse experience preferred.

Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred.

Basic math skills.

Ability to read, write, and interpret work instructions and warehouse documentation in English.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and warehouse management systems.

Ability to use ladders, hand trucks, and dollies safely.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Frequent walking, standing, reaching, carrying, bending, and stooping.

Ability to lift, lower, push, and pull items of varying weights.

Ability to perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.

Ability to work in an environment with changing temperatures.
