Pre-Build/Manufacturing Builder

  • Shift: 1st, Monday to Friday, 7:00AM-4:00PM
  • Pay: $20.00 / hour
The Pre-Build / Manufacturing Builder is responsible for preparing water treatment systems and components for final assembly. This position supports the manufacturing team by completing the preliminary assembly and preparation work necessary to keep production moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and box mineral tanks and other components for production.
  • Install chrome jackets and other tank accessories.
  • Assemble and prepare control valves for installation.
  • Measure and cut distributor tubes to the proper length for each system.
  • Prepare internal tank components, fittings, adapters, and accessories.
  • Stage completed components for the final system builders.
  • Verify that the correct components and accessories are being used according to the work order.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area.
  • Follow established quality, safety, and production procedures.
  • Assist with other manufacturing and assembly duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read work orders and follow assembly instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift and move tanks, boxes, and manufacturing components as required.
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn multiple areas of the manufacturing process.
Position Purpose: The Pre-Build position helps ensure our final builders have properly prepared components ready for assembly, improving production flow, consistency, and overall manufacturing efficiency.

Job Summary:

  • The case picker is responsible for selecting items to fill orders utilizing RF technology to complete these orders. A case picker must be always on time and able to work long hours on their feet. Position Details
  • Position: Production Team Lead
  • Shift: 2nd Shift

Job Summary
The Production Team Lead is responsible for leading and supporting production employees, assigning daily tasks, monitoring workflow, and helping ensure production goals are completed safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on leadership position. The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing experience, is comfortable working with production equipment, and has the ability to coach, motivate, and communicate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, support, and motivate production team members
  • Assign daily responsibilities and monitor employee performance and workflow

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, transporting, and distributing materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and a safe work environment.
Candidates should have experience operating stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate stand-up forklifts and other powered industrial equipment.
