Founded by Leticia Snoddy, who started MS-IL in her basement as a single mother with a vision to create workforce opportunities.
2002
Automotive Services
Entered automotive inspection and quality containment services, establishing MS-IL’s expertise in precision manufacturing support.
2003
Launched packaging and logistics service lines. Opened a dedicated warehouse for inspection services solidifying MS-IL’s operational footprint.
2004
National MBE Certification
MS-IL was nationally certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) by the National Minority Supplier Diversity Council (NMSDC).
2005 – 2009
