MS-IL was founded in 2001 by Leticia Snoddy with a clear vision: workforce solutions should be built on relationships, transparency, and respect for people. That vision was strengthened and expanded alongside her longtime friend and business partner, Elias Serrano, who shared the belief that sustainable growth comes from accountability and data-driven decision-making.
Growing Without Losing Our Values
Over the past 25 years, MS-IL has grown from a local Indianapolis staffing firm into a multi-division workforce solutions partner supporting manufacturing, distribution, and production facilities across the Midwest. As our clients’ needs evolved, so did our services.
Today, The MS-IL Group includes:
- Pro Talent Group (PTG), focused on direct-hire and professional placements
- Certified Inspection Services (CIS), providing third-party inspection, containment, and quality support
Each division was built in response to client demand, offering integrated solutions that go beyond traditional staffing.
What hasn’t changed is how we operate.
Relationships still come first. Data and transparency still guide decisions. On-site support and accountability are still non-negotiable.
