MS-IL Staffing & Packaging Season Of Giving Contest Official Rules
To be eligible to participate in MS-IL Staffing & Packaging Season Of Giving Contest:
- Must be following MS-IL Staffing & Packaging on Facebook and Instagram.
- Share the post on Facebook or share the post on Instagram story.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
The contest will run from Monday November 29th to Friday December 24th.
The contest will begin every Monday and will be announced on MS-IL Staffing & Packaging social media. Winners will be announced Friday.
Internal employees of MS-IL Staffing & Packaging are not eligible to participate in MS-IL Staffing & Packaging Season Of Giving Contest.
Winner selection and conditions: Eligible individual will be selected at random. All winners will be announced on social media for that week on MS-IL Staffing & Packaging social media platforms.
Winner notification: All winners will be notified through a private message. Winners must respond to award notifications within two (2) business days.
Publicity. Participation in the MS-IL Staffing & Packaging Season Of Giving Contest constitutes permission to use name and likeness of winners in MS-IL Staffing & Packaging promotional and marketing efforts, unless prohibited by law.
General Conditions: All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. MS-IL Staffing & Packaging reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the contest if, in MS-IL Staffing & Packaging sole discretion, it reasonably believes the participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest through dishonest acts, fraud, deception, or other unfair playing practices or annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other entrants or MS-IL Staffing & Packaging. No prize substitution may be made except at the sole discretion of MS-IL Staffing & Packaging, and prize(s) are not transferrable.
Right to cancel. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, any suspected evidence of tampering or technological corruption or if any portion of the contest is compromised by virus, bugs, worms or unauthorized human intervention, or any other causes beyond MS-IL Staffing & Packaging’s control which, in its sole opinion, corrupts, threatens or impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the contest, MS-IL Staffing & Packaging reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest at its sole discretion. All decisions made by MS-IL Staffing & Packaging shall be final.
